Naathan is a proud alumnus of the Orange County School of the Arts where he majored in Creative Writing, studying under the tutelage of many distinguished writers, among whom were award-winning, best-selling authors James P. Blaylock (13 Phantasms, Homunculus, Knights of the Cornerstone) and Tim Powers (The Anubis Gates, 3 Days to Never, On Stranger Tides) both of whom were friends with Phillip K. Dick (Bladerunner, Minority Report, The Adjustment Bureau). During his time at O.C.S.A., he was published in the school's literary magazine, Inkblot, several times, and won the literary mimic award for his poem, Trouble for a Modern, High School Troubadour, based off of Edgar Allen Poe's The Raven. Since his graduation in 2006, he has been published in magazines distributed around the world and continues to write on a regular basis, focusing his attentions primarily on selling his original screenplays in Hollywood.
